At Conversationz With Z, the mission is to "Keep it real, relatable and rooted in healing" and provide high-quality counseling services to individuals, couples, teens and families who are experiencing emotional or psychological difficulties.

I am a therapist who believes healing starts with honest, meaningful conversations. I am dedicated to helping clients grow, gain insight, and improve their mental health in a space that feels safe, supportive, and authentic.

My approach is tailored to each individual, meeting you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be.

I’m Zsanae Roberts, a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern with a Master of Social Work from Metropolitan State University of Denver. I have experience supporting clients across a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationship issues, and personal growth. My work spans individual, group, couples, and family therapy in settings such as outpatient clinics, hospitals, residential programs, and school-based services.
I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based approaches to help clients gain insight, build coping skills, and achieve meaningful change. I’m passionate about creating a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel heard, empowered, and supported on their journey toward emotional well-being.
Individual counseling offers a safe, supportive space for teens and adults to explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. Together, we focus on building self-awareness, strengthening coping skills, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
Couples counseling helps partners improve communication, navigate challenges, and strengthen their connection. In a nonjudgmental space, we work together to build trust, deepen understanding, and create a healthier, more secure relationship.
Parenting and family therapy provides a supportive space to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and navigate challenges together. Whether you’re addressing conflict, life transitions, or behavioral concerns, we work collaboratively to create healthier dynamics, build understanding, and foster a more connected family environment.
